As an online coach, this is an area that needs extensive knowledge. I have many years of experience working with clients and studying nutrition. I offer fully tailored food plans completely bespoke to you.

FAT LOSS + MUSCLE GAIN

Whatever your goal is- just know I've got you! I have dieted and prepped for shows myself. This requires cutting down to a shape which consists of super low body fat. I also build up muscle in my offseason! A lot of my knowledge comes from personal experience, in addition to my various qualifications in weight training and programming.

BODY BUILDING

I have personally competed in the sport since 2017 in both bikini and fitness model federations. I have a passion for transforming the body, using a lot of my personal experience in the process to relate to my clients and their own journey.

POSTURE ANALYSIS

I can determine whether a person has any postural deviations, imbalances, muscle weaknesses, or any other faults in their movement patterns which could be causing pain or discomfort. Posture is key!

INJURY REHAB

I am a qualified Sports Remedial Therapist (UCD Ireland) which allows me to specialise in this area and understand human anatomy in much more depth than the basic Personal Trainer qualification. I have worked with clients with joint conditions, post surgery and pregnancies- helping them gain back huge amounts of confidence.

I started training with Shannon a few years after having a baby with a fat loss goal
in mind. Previous to that I’d always been in and out of gyms, doing mostly cardio and forcing myself to go, not through the joy of it.

Shannon changed all this for me!

I continued to work with Shannon after the programme having regular PT’s & I couldn’t recommend her more. Each week I’d notice I was able to lift heavier, which I loved, whilst still dropping body fat! Shannon has taught me so much regarding correct form, diet, training splits all of which I knew nothing about previously, but knowledge I can keep forever.

During lockdown this year I completed an online coaching course with her when we didn’t have gym access & she kept me so motivated in such a strange time. Often there were many weeks where I’d not particularly want to check in but she made sure it was done & always made me feel more positive approaching a new week. Shannon would tailor home workouts for me based on what I had available, FaceTime PT sessions & her dedication to making sure her clients not only stayed on track with their programmes but mentally also was amazing!

For anyone thinking I don’t need a PT to help me achieve a goal, it’s a waste of money etc I can honestly say it’s the best investment I’ve ever made!
