MY JOURNEY
I moved to Birmingham from Dublin in December of 2018. I have been involved in sports on a competitive level for over 10 years.
I am currently competing in Bikini Fitness competitions which require me to live this lifestyle daily. Whether I'm in season prepping for a show, or offseason making important improvements to my physique, I'm always training and eating the foods I need in order to reach my goal.

MY TRANSFORMATION
My love for health and fitness started when I discovered weight lifting and I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. The most important thing about being a coach is to be able to relate to your clients. I was always self-conscious about my body since I was a teenager and back then, girls definitely didn't lift weights like they do now.

I've been over weight, under-weight and everything in between! Like most people I started using the gym to lose weight and knew nothing about lifting weights, I just spent hours doing cardio and basically starved myself on little to no carbs to achieve my 'dream body'. I've also been in a rut where I ate takeaways twice a day so trust me, I feel you!

IN BODY + MIND
Learning how to lift weights and building up my strength not only gave me confidence in myself but also led me to completely change my career so that I could help other people achieve what I did.

Best believe I did not think that the first time I ever stepped foot in a gym would lead me to where I'm at today. I'm so happy it did!

As a coach, my goal is to help people let go of the attachment they have with the scales and learn how to embrace their body without defining it by an insignificant number.
