SARAH C

Sarah has lost 50cm from her waist, back, legs and arms. She came to me as a complete beginner. She had very little confidence and suffered from severe Crohn's disease which had her heavily medicated and in a lot of pain. Recently her Doctor confirmed that due to her new healthy lifestyle her Crohn's has gone into remission! For the first time in 7 years!

LAVINIA

Lavinia has been such a brilliant client. She found herself in a rut with training and even though she tracked her food, it didn't give her the consistency she needed in order to change her physique. We're doing a diet phase for another month or so before we push up food and get super strong!

Shannon is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and is consistently working to add her knowledge.
